Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Contents Impact service (all web and app surfaces, contentsimpact.com) operated by Vision Builders(“we”, “us”). Contents Impact is a subscription software service (SaaS) that helps business owners plan and produce video and social content with AI tools.

3. YouTube API Services and Google user data
Contents Impact uses YouTube API Services. By using YouTube features of the service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).
- Topic recommendations. We use public YouTube video and channel metadata (titles, thumbnails, view counts, channel names). This feature does not access your YouTube account.
- Uploading to your channel (when the feature is available). If you choose to connect your channel, we request only:

- We never upload without your confirmation for that specific video, and we never edit or delete videos that were not uploaded through the service.
- We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models, and we do not transfer it to anyone for that purpose.
- Limited Use.Contents Impact’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Storage and deletion. Access tokens are encrypted. Data received through the connection is refreshed or deleted within 30 days. When you disconnect, or revoke access in Google, we delete the stored connection data. If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it within 5 days.

4. Instagram and Threads (Meta) (when the feature is available)
If you connect an Instagram professional account or a Threads account, we receive an access token and basic account information through Meta’s official APIs. We use them only to show which account is connected and to send a post to your account after you confirm that post. When you disconnect, we delete the stored connection data immediately. You can also remove our app in your Instagram, Facebook or Threads settings, or email us to request deletion; we delete it within 5 days.
5. How we use information
To provide the service (AI-assisted planning, scripts, editing, thumbnails, and sending content you confirm to your own accounts), to process subscription payments and refunds, to respond to support requests, to prevent abuse, and to produce statistics that do not identify you.
6. Sending content to your accounts
When you confirm a post or upload, we send that content and its details to your own YouTube, Instagram or Threads account at your request. This is a transfer made on your instruction, not a provision of your data to a third party for their own purposes.
7. AI processing
Your materials are used to create your own results and, internally, to improve the service. Whether an outside AI provider may use the inputs we send it depends on that provider’s terms, as described in Article 7 of the Korean Privacy Policy. Data received from a YouTube account you connect is never sent to AI providers, and we do not use Google user data to train AI models or provide it to anyone for that purpose (see Section 3).

Transfers take place over the network at the time you use the service. Unless stated otherwise, processors delete data when the purpose is achieved or the contract ends.
9. Retention
Account information: until you delete your account. Uploaded footage: 14 days after production is completed. Finished outputs: 14 days. Records required by Korean law: contracts and payments 5 years, complaints 3 years, website visit logs 3 months. Personal information is destroyed within 5 days after the retention period ends, unless there is a justified reason.
10. Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, or stop the processing of your personal information and withdraw consent through your account settings or by emailing info@visionbuilders.kr.
11. Cookies
We use necessary cookies for sign-in and optional analytics and ad-measurement cookies (Google Analytics; Meta during ad campaigns). You can block optional cookies in your browser without affecting the service.
12. Security
Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest for tokens, access control, access logging, and minimum retention.
13. Children
The service is not for children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
14. Changes
We announce changes at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that materially affect your rights). Changes that are not unfavorable to you — such as clarifying notices or adding optional processing you can refuse at any time — may take effect on the date they are posted.
