Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Contents Impact (contentsimpact.com, the “service”), a subscription software service operated by Vision Builders (business registration no. 741-50-01124, “we”).

Contents Impact is software that helps business owners research topics, write scripts, edit videos, and prepare related content (thumbnails, short-form clips, blog and social posts) with AI tools. You decide what to publish, where, and when.

Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. The service is not available to children under 14.

Plans, prices, billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are set out in the Korean Terms and on the checkout page.

You keep the rights to materials you upload and to results created for you. We process your materials only to provide the service. We do not sell or provide your content as AI training data.

(1) YouTube features of the service (such as topic recommendations) use YouTube API Services. By using them, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google’s privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Items (2)–(5): publishing to connected platforms — coming soon (not currently available). They take effect on the day the feature is provided, announced 7 days in advance.

(2) You may connect your YouTube, Instagram and Threads accounts. You grant permission on each platform’s own screen, and you can disconnect at any time in the service’s connection settings or in the platform’s security settings.

(3) The service sends a piece of content to your account only after you review its details (title, description, caption, “made for kids” setting, visibility, publish time) and confirm it. Content you have not confirmed is never sent.

(4) Settings that can only be changed on the platform — such as changing or cancelling the scheduled publish time of a video already uploaded to YouTube, or YouTube monetization (ads) settings — are managed by you on that platform (for example, in YouTube Studio). The service shows a link and a reminder after each upload.

(5) Platform policy changes, reviews, outages or rate limits may delay or prevent a post. If that happens, we will let you know and provide the finished content so you can post it yourself. We are not liable for resulting damage unless it is caused by our intent or negligence.

Do not use the service to create or publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, to impersonate others, or to get around platform rules.

AI-generated results can contain errors. Please review results before publishing them. This notice does not exempt us from liability caused by our intent or negligence.

We announce changes to these Terms at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes unfavorable to you). Changes that are not unfavorable to you may take effect on the date they are posted. You can cancel as described in the Korean Terms.

Our liability is limited as set out in the Korean Terms (Article 15). This limit does not apply to damage caused by our intent or negligence.
